Job Type: Upfit an International chassis with Palfinger’s ART top-mount cable hoist. Rated to 60k-lbs., both lift cylinders are mounted inboard of the subframe, leaving the truck’s frame rails clear for toolboxes, drop axles and other equipment.

Job Type: Install 11’ RKI service body with with a 6,000 lbs. Liftmoore crane. For welding, air and power generation, a Miller Bobcat unit was mounted on the street side of the body as well.

Job Type: Install Adrian Steel HVAC package with Kargo Master ladder rack-This Adrian package includes three full-size shelving units and a steel partition. The single drop-down ladder rack positions the ladder on the side of the vehicle for easier loading and unloading.

Job Type: Build custom 26’ flatbed with piggyback forklift–The customer wanted a heavy-duty flatbed fitted with a Trailer Mate TM50 forklift for delivering lumber and construction materials. Our AWS-certified welders fabricated a custom body, 26-feet long by 8-feet wide.

Vehicle: 2018 Ford Transit 148” Wheelbase, Mid Roof Van
Job Type: Install van liner and refrigeration unit–The build began with a double layer of Fi-foil insulation and fiberglass liner kit. The client needed chill temperatures rather than full freeze so we installed a Thermo King V320 roof-mount refrigeration unit.

Job Type: Install of liftgate and tool boxes on pickup–The client needed a general-purpose pickup for moving cargo and light service operations. For safe cargo handling we installed a Tommy Gate G2 cantilever liftgate with a 42-inch deck.

Vehicle: 2019 Rock Solid 28’ Trailer
Job Type: Build-out enclosed trailer for use as mobile workspace–The USCG needed two trailers equipped as mobile support units for their Special Missions training operations. Requirements included crew lockers, a large desk area and a 120v/12v power system.
