FLATBED WITH TOOLBOXES
Customer: Perdido Paving & Grading
Vehicle: 2021 RAM 5500
Job Type: Install an 11-flatbed with both underbody and topside toolboxes. The customer wanted a tailgate and we fabricated custom side panels for the rear of the bed. Also included was a fuel transfer tank.
40K HOOKLIFT & BODIES
Customer: Western Area Power Authority
Vehicle: 2020 Western Star 4800
Job Type: Supporting electrical utility operations, this customer needed a hooklift built to haul heavy loads in the Rocky Mountain region of Colorado. We installed a 40K Swaploader hooklift, custom fabricated a hitch and supplied several bodies.
SERVICE VAN SHELVING PACKAGE
Customer: Jerry Pate
Vehicle: 2018 Ram ProMaster High Roof Van
Job Type: This client runs service vehicles for repair operations. They needed van shelving with small parts storage. We installed Adrian Steel’s Electrical Service Package with a composite partition.
CABLE HOIST ROLL-OFF TRUCK
Customer: Truckworx of Mobile
Vehicle: 2019 Kenworth T370
Job Type: We installed a Palfinger/American Roll-Off cable hoist with a 60,000 lbs. capacity along with a rugged Pioneer Rack & Pinion tarp system.
DUAL COMPARTMENT REFRIGERATED VAN
Customer: Mercedes Benz of Mobile
Vehicle: 2018 Mercedes Benz Sprinter High Roof Van
Job Type: The customer was looking for a high-roof refrigerated van but also wanted the flexibility of dual-temperature compartments. We installed a refrigeration unit with a custom removable bulkhead.
MISSION SUPPORT TRAILER
Customer: United States Coast Guard
Vehicle: 2019 Rock Solid 28′ Trailer
Job Type: Build-out enclosed trailer for use as mobile workspace–The USCG needed two trailers equipped as mobile support units for their Special Missions training operations. Requirements included crew lockers, a large desk area and a 120v/12v power system.
UTILITY COMPANY COMPOSITE SERVICE BODY
Customer: Cooperative Energy
Vehicle: 2019 Ford F350
Job Type: This utility provider needed a composite service body. The BrandFX bodies fit the bill. It has incredibly durable fiberglass construction and a treadplate bed floor.
MEDIUM DUTY DUMP BODY
Customer: Dreamscapes
Vehicle: 2007 International 4300 SBA 4×2
Job Type: Our landscaper customer was looking for a versatile dump body for an International 4300 chassis. Fleetco installed a 16-foot body from K&K Manufacturing.
REFRIGERATED DELIVERY VAN
Customer: Wright’s Market
Vehicle: 2018 Ford Transit 148” Wheelbase, Mid Roof Van
Job Type: Install van liner and refrigeration unit–The build began with a double layer of Fi-foil insulation and fiberglass liner kit. The client needed chill temperatures rather than full freeze so we installed a Thermo King V320 roof-mount refrigeration unit.
UTILITY COMPANY FLATBED
Customer: Baldwin EMC
Vehicle: 2019 Ford F550
Job Type: We up-fit this cab chassis with an 11-foot flatbed and also included custom fabricated side panels. A grill guard and heavy-duty winch were added up front.
VACUUM TRUCK FLATBED
Customer: Baldwin Portable Toilets
Vehicle: 2019 Isuzu N-Series Diesel
Job Type: The customer needed a body to accommodate a 300-gallon vacuum tank and still transport up to 8 portable toilets. Fleetco built a custom bed with E-track side-rails and a Tommy Gate G2 liftgate.
LIGHT DUTY WORK TRUCK
Customer: Evoqua Water Technologies
Vehicle: 2018 Ford F250
Job Type: This pickup hauls cylinders and is used for service calls. We installed RKI tool boxes and a headache rack. E-track was added for cargo control. A Tommy Gate lift gate completed the project.
LUMBERYARD FLATBED
Customer: Pittman Building Supply
Vehicle: 2018 International HV607
Job Type: Build custom 26’ flatbed with piggyback forklift–The customer wanted a heavy-duty flatbed fitted with a Trailer Mate TM50 forklift for delivering lumber and construction materials.
HVAC SERVICE VAN
Customer: Sandy Sansing Nissan
Vehicle: 2019 Nissan NV Cargo Van
Job Type: Install Adrian Steel HVAC package with Kargo Master ladder rack-This Adrian package includes three full-size shelving units and a steel partition. The single drop-down ladder rack positions the ladder on the side of the vehicle for easier loading and unloading.
