LIFTGATE REPAIR
At Fleetco, we know liftgates. We service all brands and sizes, from pickup truck models like the Tommy Gate G2 Series, to heavy duty, high-cycle rail gates used by beverage distributors and other delivery services. If your liftgate is not working, we can diagnose the problem and repair it with OEM parts. If it needs to be replaced, we sell the best brands in the industry and our experienced sales team can help you select the model with the right capacity, deck size and features to safely handle your cargo. And if you’re upgrading vehicles, we can swap your existing liftgate to a new truck or trailer.
BODY REFURBISHING
Our truck body and trailer repair services include full refurbishments. Fleetco’s AWS-certified welders repair structural damage and we offer fresh decking with both quality lumber and Rumber brand products. We can install new equipment, such as tanks, hose reels, cranes, tie-down hardware and more. When all the structural work is complete, our certified PPG paint department delivers the best in corrosion protection with industry leading paints and coatings. All surfaces are prepped, primed and shot with multiple coats for excellent coverage and durability.
Fleetco builds delivery vehicles and catering trucks for restaurants, produce wholesalers, seafood houses, ice cream vendors and others. Our refrigerated vans use industry-leading Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration units with a double layer of insulation and custom-fit fiberglass liners. These engine-driven systems can be built for both chill and freeze capabilities and meet USDA and FDA requirements. Upfits are available for Chevrolet, Ford, Ram and Mercedes Benz vans. Options include shelving, lighting, liftgates and insulated bulkheads that create multi-temperature spaces. Stand-by power is also available for keeping product cold overnight or anytime the vehicle is turned off.
PTO’s & HYDRAULICS
At Fleetco we not only sell and install PTO’s, hoists and crane systems, we service them as well. We are a warranty repair facility for Ox Bodies and Western Star, and our technicians diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including those for cranes and bucket lifts. Our shop specializes in moving existing equipment to new trucks and we can source parts through an extensive network of vendors.
Fleetco is a certified PPG Collision Center. We regularly work with insurance companies and businesses to get damaged trucks back on the road. That includes the cab and body of the truck, as well as mounted equipment. Our 60-foot EPA-approved paint booth is one of the largest in the region and can handle nearly anything on wheels, from semi’s to school busses to box trucks. We apply specialty graphics and body wraps, too. Finally, our large paint booth can be employed for special projects. We paint shipping containers, structural components for buildings and much more.

CUSTOM FABRICATION
Do you have a special project? Our certified welders and fabricators modify truck bodies and create custom vehicle solutions. Need a heavy-duty flatbed? We can build it. And we do more than just truck bodies. Out team modifies trailers and shipping containers, turning them into food trucks, offices and workshops. Past projects include customized, enclosed trailers for the military. We can upfit units with battery and generator power (110v, 12v or both), solar panels, interior and exterior lighting, cabinets, work benches and special equipment. At Fleetco we have both the ability and the experience to execute high quality, custom projects.
SPECIALTY COATINGS
Fleetco helped a defense contractor improve the corrosion resistance of some specialized shipping containers. The containers are modified to be maintenance centers for the U.S. Navy’s MK 18 Unmanned Underwater Vehicle program. Their life aboard ships keeps them in harsh marine environments. After a short time the containers showed a rapid recurrence of rust and corrosion. Fleetco partnered with PPG to develop a new coating process.
